Hmmm...why d u say it's too difficult to be happy?
in fact in real life, it's not so easy to be happy. actually unless u "force" urself to be so, u can hardly find happiness.
so just "force" urself to be happy.
also, u may want to re-look at this equation: happiness = reality / expectation. :)

well, i dont think it's difficult to b happy... as long as u wish to be happy...:D kind of confusing... but that's how i am....

@justin: yup. That's what i think also. If something doesn't come to me naturally (although it might to some other ppl, which I used to be disgruntled about), i will just have to "force" it.
